Fledge is a business accelerator by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.
That said, as conceived, documented, and executed, it’s unlikely to exactly meet the needs of the participants. Elsewhere that might be a problem, but not at Fledge, because the culture at Fledge embraces the concept of “co-creation”.
This is the idea that the program is designed and created not only by the Managing Director, but also by the participants.
In practice, this may sound difficult, but it is actually quite simple. Just follow these rules:
- If something isn’t working for you, speak up.
- If you see a potential improvement, speak up.
- If you have any comment, positive or negative, speak up.
- If you can speak, speak up!
Every comment will be discussed, and those changes that the group agrees upon, will be changed.
There are just ten weeks at Fledge. Don’t wait to speak up. The sooner you do, the sooner your needs can be addressed, and the program improved for all participants.
